On Monday, Dec. 12, 2011 the Rochester City Council will hear recommendations by the Development and Permitting Task Force to improve the city’s development and permitting process.
The Task Force identified five primary themes: Technology, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Education, and Economic Development.
