The Business Learning Network (BLN) consists of more than 15 area higher education providers and organizations and provides relevant, applicable and superior educational opportunities to Chamber members. These opportunities encourage professional growth and instill tools necessary for recruiting and retaining employees in today's ever growing and changing market.
In an effort to ensure our workplaces and community are responsive to a constantly changing workforce and marketplace, the BLN actively works with organizations through the When Work Works Workplace Flexibility initiative.
BLN's Mission
To advocate for and educate the Rochester area business community to ensure a globally competitive workforce. The network exists to foster collaboration, networking and communication among a diverse group of busiensses and educators.
The work of the BLN supports that of Workforce 2020, which is an initiative to ensure Rochester develops as a leader in education and workforce innovation.
