Once an employee has graduated from the Leadership Greater Rochester program, they join the ranks of the Leadership Greater Rochester (LGR) Alumni Association. With more than 1,000 alumni, this network of business, civic, and community leaders continues to serve and strengthen the Rochester area community long after they graduate from the program.
As an LGR Alumni, these employees gain access to exclusive events and programming opportunities to continue their leadership development, further cultivate their networks, and stay abreast of community news and developments.
